I've seen that these work in game, although we don't have access to the command.

I think it would be great if they get added to recruit+.

tp is already avalible to builder+ and as a donation reward, I wouldn't see any point in adding this. The alternative to those are player homes, /home <player>:<home>

ooh I didn't know builder had that perk.
