Title: Large area for sale
Post by: Mr_Mr_Mr on January 13, 2013, 12:57:30 am
Edit: Just taking down the wall to use the stone for something else so I don't lose $200k+ from this.

If you would still like to buy it, flag me down in game, and I'll give the stone that I took down to you and the remains of the wall. for $300k

I'm selling a stone wall and a desert replaced with grass. Reason for selling: I don't want to take down the stone wall, and plus, someone could use the area for something, like we were.

If people build inside the walls, they are griefing me (or whoever buys it) me and famous customized most the land.

Here is an image of the land:

Buy price: $300k

Disclaimer: If someone builds on the land, it can't be undone from the get go, you must ask them to move it first and ask politely (/mail or if they're on /msg), don't place signs everywhere. Also, there are no protection stones protecting it right now, and there are none included.

I'd say somewhere around 20,000 because we used over 6k dirt blocks when replacing the desert with sand, but I could be completely wrong.
