Rules:
1. 2 floors only
2. Only build within your plot
3. No griefing
4. No basements
5. Nice houses
6. I must be cmod to all doors
7. Remove the plot boundarie fences when you build
8. No protection stones
9. Listen to owner and server staff
10. Put a sign by your door stating whose home it is
