Title: unban appeal expressminer

I have told that expressminer, my friend, was banned. The ban was for no reason
whatsoever. He was banned for griefing Thesaint3's sugarcane farm, but as i'm sure thesaint3 will tell
you he had given him the sugarcane farm. The person who put this ban appeal zileiwat was
just doing that as expressminer had annoyed therefore he should not be banned, but zileiwat should
as he faked a ban that was fake.

why did saint complain about it he had given it to expressminer?, and if it was truely his farm why did i only find evidence of him farming it once?
