After seeing the size of Settin I have notice that this is not a city and Bantonia is too small for protection, please reject

What state is the project in, and what are your plans for its future, if any: My plans are to pass on my created town to both awsomeknuckles9 and skywarrior5599 and let them run with it. I will still be overseeing its progress but I hope it blossoms into a huge 50 to 100 person town.
Why should we grant this city protection? Well this city may be a bit small but as it grows, it will attract more griefers. I want this city to reach its full potential without the stress of fixing griefs. Thanks for the opportunity to apply.
