Title: What operating system do you use?
Post by: PsYk0Wo1F on March 25, 2012, 06:47:18 am: i was just wondering, what operating systems do the people of opticraft use when playing minecraft :P
personally i use ubuntu 11.10 or windows 7, depending on which computer im on :)
EDIT: if you choose the other option, can you post saying what operating system it is?

I use Wondows 7 for my general use.
Backtrack 5 for some things..:P
Kubuntu, I dont remember version, installed for practice.

Minecraft only on Windows.

Indeed its the worst "picture" I have ever seen.
I have never used MAC. I know that they are fast computers, but I prefer WIndows & that I upgraded, too, last summer in order to play Minecraft. Yeah. It was the major reason after 3 years of Vista usage.

Then, my keyboard broke. True, I couldve bought another, but I ended up with a Windows 7 laptop :D And thats where I am now!

chrome os is just another distribution of linux

Operating systems......well, my Dad tried to install Windows 8 (successful!)
He also tried Ubuntu (some kind of weird Mac thingy)
and some other cloud thingy wich had the letter J in it :S
There is Chrome OS which only runs google chrome (only heard from rumours)
