If you updated to 1.2 Minecraft then you are in trouble as you cannot connect to the server! (yet)
Luckily, I have the solution!
Go to this link:

Instructions:
1) extract with winrar or 7zip
2) run it
3) select Full 1.1.0
4) click change
5) go onto opticraft :D

That doesn't work for me, will the server be updated soon or am I doomed??? :-\

Try out MCNostalgia 2.02 (http://adf.ly/5lwDs) - It might not be updated to 1.1.0 yet but I'm pretty sure it should be, it's simple to use as long as you folow the instructions and can downgrade to any version.

The server will be updated as soon as possible, hopefully when the bukkit for 1.2 is released and the core plugins are updated (if they need to).

yeah, once bukkit has updated this server will be more epic and popular - also pretty much everyone can join :D
