*UPDATE*: You can now use /home <player> to go to their homes :)
To tp to other players homes, you have to use the following syntax
/home <playername>:home
eg:
/home opticalza:home
Its pretty confusing and I will try see what I can do to add a more easy to use command.

It works for mods+ i believe, I'm guessing he just has to add the permission to all players.

true it makes people who want to use my xp trap not have to walk the whole minecraft day to get to my house(if there member+ ofcourse)

I have modified the code so you can now use /home <player> instead of the stupid syntax before
