Before anyone complains, Last year the courts ruled that jailbreaking an iphone or ipod touch is perfectly legal. And yes my ipod is jailbroken.

Jailbreaking is legal, but downloading pirated games isn't.

And I don't support it.

All of my friends jailbroke their ipods and it broke after 1 year. So it's not really worth it.

My ipod is going strong after 3 years, being jailbroke the whole time.

And raul, pirating games is dumb, i mostly use the jailbreak for custom themes and gameboy emulators lol.

Yep, jailbreaking is fine in all ways and you also can get themes and extra perks.
Installing paid apps by installous is still illegal thou.
My Ipad is jailbroken but I can't really update it or I lose all my stuff. :/

i support jailbreak, its like unlocking all the features that apple took away from you. it is your device.
you should have access to these features, you  payed for them therefor you should be able to use them.
what kind of device doesnt have support for themes these days?
i honestly believe jailbreaking is a good idea. and no it is not legal in my country yet
so i will not say if i HAVE or have not jailbroken ;D

Jailbreaking was proven to break down apple software and battery life. Although you can get pirated games (which i do not support,) its not worth destroying your ipod and/or iphone.

It has not destroyed by ipod and it has been jailbroken for years. It actually runs faster if you know what you are doing.

ok now there is one app that should be suppoorted for piracy, called minecrafted, it is minecraft classic for the iphone / ipod / ipad (maybe)
it can only be pirated now as it was removed from the app store as it originally charged money to play classic
the controls are a little uncomfortable and it takes 10 minutes to join opticraft but its alright

They have a few minecraft knockoffs but none of them have multiplayer, and the view distance is crap.

IF you update on any firmware you lose your jailbreak, not just 4.3.4.

i ment the jailbreak for 4.3.4 is tethered and cydia is installed but dsnt work
but 4.3.3 and less versions works cuz they are untethered and i know if u updated u will loose ur jailbreak cuz ur restoring it back but u can put it again for free in about 20 min...
