Just really a real nube but want to become a builder

If you aren't a recruit, then you first need to be a recruit.
To get promoted to recruit, build something awesome and show to an op. If an op likes it, you'll get promoted.

If you're already a recruit, then you can be a builder rank.
To get a builder rank, go to the applications sub-forum, and make a topic using the template.

Remember that there is a 3 day wait between ranks.
