Extra (Anything else you want to mention): I know that's not a big thing but expend lot of time doing the begining stairs, I have good ideas and I just want to do it without griefers!

1. You need to be recruit to apply for builder.
2. Judging that you only have one build, it'd probably get rejected anyway

Ask an op to check your creations in-game to get the Recruit rank.
