Please be patient, the server is not yet a week old. Voting pages will be added as soon as it is possible for tobs and nick to do so.
We are already doing this very soon, as ram said be patient.

Now I bet Nick and Tobs know how easy it is because of this.
I believe someone said advertising would start after a custom IP has been established.

This isn't necessary, but would be a lot easier. We have no idea when the IP will be done right now so we will have to do it this way.

I actually filled out all of that yesterday morning but the server needed to restart to update the motd and I didn't want to restart it with 14 people on so we waited. But thanks for assuming we couldn't fill out boxes and follow directions.

Vore it's not the same. A better analogy would be if instead of asking her if she needed help, you just hand her a paper that explains how to make a resume for no reason.
The server can now be voted for on Planet Minecraft (http://www.planetminecraft.com/server/opticraft-creative/vote/). We will be adding rewards, more sites and a proper vote page/thread when we can (we cannot currently edit the site).
