Title: how to delete a post

Sorry, but I accidentally posted a copy of a quote I had already made, since I didn't find any button to delete it or any
way to ask for a mod to do it, does someone know how to DELETE my post (not modifying it)?also, if this envolve a moderator to delete the post, could he please delete this one : http://www.opticraft.net/index.php/topic,19270.msg189604.html#msg189604
thanks in advance, and please note that I have already checked a few posts in this category, and I didn't find any thing too relevant...
