Title: {selling} 1 spider spawner in an abondoned mineshaft plus a PS
Post by: square_skull on February 27, 2013, 04:04:32 am: I'm selling a spider spawner (already fitted to only spawn when a
redstone lamp is turned off) inside an abandoned mineshaft, with
a Protection stone thrown into the deal (which adds 1000 more to
the price). considering that I have seen at least 1 more spider
spawner in the area, it means that this home/spawner/EXP farm is
worth 6000 dollars.

THIS TOPIC WILL CLOSE WHEN THE SPAWNER HAS BEEN SOLD

If you want it 1000 dollars cheaper and you don't mind not having
the Protection Stone, please mention it when we arrange the details
of the trade.

much, though I believe my last price was fair, I will now sell
this spawner/mine/exp farm for 5000 with PS, or 4000 without.

please consider this deal (apart from the change in price the
previous conditions apply)

sorry about that, yes it comes with a sethome, though it is recommended to set
your home in there after the purchase, because i will be deleting the home as soon
as it is comfirmed you have set your home there

- it's a cave spider spawner (which I have seen at least 1 other spawner near it)
- it's in an abondonded mineshaft
- It does NOT come with a sethome (I will take you to the place so you can set-
home there once you have bought it from me)
- without the coal PS I will sell it for 4000 dollars
- with the coal PS I will sell it for 5000 dollars

with coal PS = 5000
without coal PS = 4000
