Title: custom NPC's

Basically, on some servers there is a plugin where there are NPC's. They look like players, and just stand stil and look at you. You can put skins on them. They also have nametags. I was wondering if Opticraft could have that? And ops+ can spawn them?

If you personally want it just copy a friends skin and put it over a villager skin in a texture pack

You can have these like guards for a castle, and have the senior staff sitting in their thrones. They add to a build.

Idk if im right but they might take a lot of RAM. And I still don't see a point in having those. In my opinion the server has bigger priorities right now.

Again, In my opinion, we need a PvP system and MAYBE a creative server.

1. Cora's party: bouncers at the doors.
2. The market woulld be cool with different appropriate skins in the right sections.
3. The spawn easter eggs.
4. Any large build, setting the theme further.
5. Border partol at the worlds edge.
And the list goes on...

1. No need for "bouncers" at the door of a valentine's dance.
2. Signs do a perfect job for that.
3. We don't need those to make good easter eggs and anyways the spawn will most likely not be changed.
4. Once again, pretty useless to have a guy standing around in a build unless you are going to be doing a machinima of some sort using that build (but then you'd be better off doing that in single player and if you need actors just ask on the forums)
5. We already have text alerts in the chat and you get bounced back when you reach the barrier.

No need for anything of that.

Just saying, if goalie was to be referring to the Citizens plugin, you can make them talk and interact with the player.

This thread is filled with lols.

I've seen a mod called 'kingdoms' or something similar to that and it had these npc's you're talking about, and that's fine for role play. But why have these on a survival server? I'm getting sick of these kinds of suggestions.
