I would say it is worth 5k because I have enchanted 3 stacks of books at level 30 and I have only gotten looting 3 twice. Either it is really rare or im EXTREMELY   unlucky.

Yes this book is with thorns 3 and silk touch I the rarest enchanted book
I enchanted 59 books and got not even thorns 2 and looting 3 once
Or I am really unlucky aswell I already said ingame it is more worth!

I would pay around 8k for it because i have a perfect sword except that irritating looting 3 , just got 2 ;)
