It's kind of obvious what you did wrong when you look at your ban.

"griefing johekls nether portal (and other blocks) 20 blocks".

Modifying/Breaking/Destroying/Claiming something that has been built by another player is considered griefing and you, as well as the next person knows that griefing is against server rules and carries just one punishment. If that warrants you searching for "a new better server..." then I wish you luck with your endeavours.

im pissed on this server new server will be good like the server befor this one... that was good...

So I'm guessing that your appeal is not to apologise for your actions or to give reason as to your behaviour, but to simply inform us that you are "pissed"..

You knew the rules of this server and failed to comply.

As you have zero remorse for your actions, your appeal is denied
