hi my name is fluttershy298 i got banned today because i had broke in someones house and accidentally broke a block because i got stuck i swear im telling the truth im so sorry for not following the rules and if you urban me i promise i will be more careful

You were banned for breaking a grief trap.  Since it is a server-side ban you will have to wait out the week before you are able to come back again.
