Title: New at minecraft.

Well hi , im new at minecraft...like completly fresh, and i have no idea how to connect to private server, could someone make me a short guide how to do that ? Cheers!

First login into the mine craft launcher then click multiplayer. Then your going have to enter the ip: smp.opticraft.net

And your done. Please before you come on the server click this   http://www.opticraft.net/index.php/page,SMPInfo.html

It can save you from making mistakes on the server.

well you got me ther hutch :P
But with the IP he means go to multiplayer -->> add server -->> server address  and put "smp.opticraft.net " and probably you will be able to play on this wonderfull server :)

Oh then you need to get on the classic server and I know nothing about that. Unfortunately I have never been on the classic server because my computer hates online classic.

Go to this link:

Log into your account and click purchase. Simple as that.

After you buy minecraft, open it, enter in your account information and hit login. Then, hit multiplayer, add server and enter smp.opticraft.net for the IP.

If you choose to not buy Minecraft and want to play on our classic server, visit: http://www.opticraft.net/play (http://www.opticraft.net/play)
