Hello Opticraft,
                      I (pebzyman3) am here to appeal my ban concerning using the x-ray mod. I was banned by the moderator Nick3306 on 6-20-2012 at 16:38. I, at the time, was unaware of the illegality of my actions, since I was a n00b and didn't bother reading the rules. Since my ban, I have deleted the x-ray mod, and don't use any mods whatsoever. If you would like people on opticraft's opinion, you may ask darkneonpoo or theacp127. I know them personally and they would agree with my unbanning. I personally think that my ban was handled rather poorly, since I was never warned or even given a temporary ban. I was just mining and then BOOM!! I'm banned. I checked and saw that it was permanent. I was quite disappointed and deleted the x-ray mod then and there. And, do you think I would have told LordOfTheBlock that I was using an x-ray mod if I knew it was illegal?? Good. I now realize that I was a fool to use any mods and how much I miss opticraft. You are the only decent no-lag server with spleef and a good smp world. <we do not need your email as a contact>

You told you LordOfTheBlock "there is a spawner close to your house, I am on top of it" he asked "how do you know" to which you replied "I have an xray mod"

You wont be getting unbanned.

You are aware that I am admitting that I said I was using it. I did not know that it was illegal, and I was a n00b. I don't have the x-ray mod, or any mod installed in minecraft and will not get any mods ever again

Ignorance of the rules is not an excuse. Especially when the rules are right in front of your eyes when you first log in.

OK. I now understand. Is there anything that I could do to shorten my ban to 6 more months?
