Hello everyone,
As most of you probably know I have a town/city which I own called Towona. However I have come to the decision that I'm going to sell Towona. Ages and ages ago I settled down on a patch of land. However I had built a big house and had wasted all my money building it. I decided to make an Apartment which I could sell for a bit of money. I sold it to NickyLynch (now banned I think) and got a little money. I saw it was a success and made another apartment and sold it. And so on. Over a period of time I made other buildings. I noticed it had grew quite big so I made it as a town.
The town comes with:
Apartment Block
TowonaIt Store (with stock)
TowonaIt Stockroom (with stock)
Underground Club
Viewing Room
icooliam's home & mine
Private Farm
Nether Portal
Towona Town Hall
Office Block
Towona Lido
Job center
Towona Bank
Spleef Stadium
Shop (without stock)
Towona Grand Hotel
All the houses of which people own in the plots space
Security office
Fountain
When you by the town there a certain things you do not own but you are allowed access to they are:
Fishing House
Mega Farm
I have done my maths and the town, as it is is worth $40,000 but I've decided to start it at $30,000

Starting Bid: $30,000
Minimum Price increase: $100
Buyout Price: $65,000
Starting time: Now
Ending time: 25th December 2012

Unfortunately I withdraw my bid. I saw the city and I like it but I have another major plans.
