I'm just posting this to offer my dome which was a town, now being re-flattened to start anew, but if you guys would like I would like to make this our servers first PVP arena, I will keep it going and change the obstacles and whatnot from time to time but its perfect in that its HUGE will soon be empty and it has the perfect setting. ALL FOR YES REPLY WITH YES. . against it vote NO.

Another pvp suggestion? =\ Answer is same as always.
Opti and Dej have recently spoken about it, let them sort it out with the Admin.. They know some people want it and some don't.
Not an amazing time to pester about it with 1.3 stuff happening.

Sure. Why not. It's already there. Would be a good change of pace. Obviously once 1.3 settles down though.

would it be possible to have a separate world like guestworld and memberworld for PvP so people couldn't kill people in memberworld or guestworld, only PvP world?

we've said this before: the PvP system we're working on will allow users to queue for a PvP match and then send people off to a new, themed world with fresh inventories. when the match is over, the inventory of each player will be restored.
if you think we'd just flip a switch and turn on pvp in the member world or guest world... you're crazy.

to me some of the fun to pvp is the process before where you can enchant armor and swards and such. this ...
themed world with fresh inventories.
makes it sound like what i just brought up would not be possible. i was thinking that a small area that is accessible with a warp and was clearly marked pvp area would be possible. As far as people losing there items, i feel that when people go into a pvp area they should accept the fact that they might lose there stuff by dying, and i think this is part of the pvp fun... but that is just my take on things.

i like the idea... as for losing stuff... it's not that hard to get things back... voting = diamonds... there is nothing too hard to get... even for a beginner...

I mean if you're wise empty your inventory of important stuff except armor/weapons. Or another thing, a server I used to play on required you to empty ur inventory (plugin) and the pvp arena had classes you could choose (tank, warrior, archer)

that sounds really cool...
I remember one server... I couldn't do anything, everything was blocked... night time came and so did the mobs. They attack me, and when I tried to attack back a sign came up saying... "This action is not allowed"
You can guess what happened next... I died... and never returned to that server...
