If you have a question that just one person will answer and then that topic gets locked, post the question here instead and someone could answer it. It could keep going and will stop support from getting cluttered.

For example, I could make  topic saying, "Are the multiplayer servers still down?"

[Poster] yes/no.

[Op/Mod] Topic locked.

So you could post the question here instead.

I believe this is why we have the support section. Even though it is an individual topic, that's the reason we the support section.
