I don't know why i was banned because he was paying us to destroy that part of his home.
I think that i should be unbanned because i din't know that getting payed for working was illegal and i will know not to be hired and keep to my own business. I will also stay on my own property.

You clearly didnt read the ban reason. Someone reported to me that interbane's home was a deathtrap (a hole dug so that people will die). I went and checked it out and it was dug by you.

Interbane's project should be protected-- the Necro Ziggurrat. I'm not sure how or why that shouldn't be the case.
Unless this is Interbane's main /home...

when i got there he said to dig it out and he would pay me and i started digging. If i could report i would because someone did the samething with me in interban's home and i wasn't his "Home"

I'm sure Interbane (who is a Trusted player) wouldn't allow random users to turn either of his homes into deathtraps. That is not ethical. If you really were digging stuff out, you wouldn't start from someone's /home point.
Unless Interbane has anything to interject, alicia's decision will stand
