I am offering out 5 Slots for People who wish to rent my blaze exp farm for eternity, TAKE NOTE: YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SUB-LET the exp farm to other ppl, you are only allowed to use it forever, and to enchant anything u wish so that u can sell it at a **** high price if its a good enchant, so pratically unlimited money =D

PRICE FOR PERM USAGE: 150K

THIS FARM WAS MADE BY D00MKNlGHT

OWNERS mecurymaruder77(50% stake BOUGHT FROM IANHALMOND at 350k+)    D00MKNlGHT (50% stake)

IT HAS been proven that u can get to about lv 30 in half an hour, and 00ultima sold his lv 28 enchanted PICKAXE eff 3 unbreak 3 for 30k :D

DOOM half of it is owned by me ok?!? You should of told me about this, i dont approve.

EDIT: We have talked this over and i DO Approve and this is a great blaze spawner, You can go up 10 levels in 5 minutes, perfect if your selling enchanted weapons

Sucks it's only 5 people....I only own 100k I think but when I come back again in June, it would be nice to have the farm.

THIS EXP farm is HARMING potion FRIENDLY u can use 1 harming potion to slay the ALL blaze that u accumelate there IN ONE HIT :D= tons of exp and blaze rods

So how much do good Silk Touch picks (Efficiency V Unbreaking III) go for?
30K-50K
How rare are Silk Touch picks?
14% chance at Lv 50
How many Silk Touch picks do you need to earn this money back
3-5

I mean on creative I enchant and enchant and enchant, more enchanting more enchanting and I have only ever seen one ever.

I would love to have a blaze farm, but it would take a huge amount of time to earn back all the money...

Efficiency and unbreaking picks can be sold for 30k,
And how many times can enchant when u use my blaze spawners? Approx every 45 mins... And since u have INFINITE amount of days to use, you do not need to worry oh crap one Monty and I need to pay 35k even though I got crappy enchants.... You MUST see it as an investment... If ur LAZY and don't put effort into it, of course it be hard to earn...

LONGTERM RENTS FOR SALE TOO
3 MONTHS= 72k
1 MONTH= 25k

U are allowed to let 1 FRIEND to use the spawner too.
