So this is really annoying me, people on the forums are really rude, it seems like people are shooting other people down just to win this brutal fight for trusted - someone posts on the wrong topic page and someone else has a go at them, tells them off. People need to CALM DOWN. Sorry but its really bothering me. Don't do it - be nice and stop butt kissing for trusted -_- all you can do is place water and have an orange name.. Orange!!
Its just like people are being so sassy - in a bad way.
Ok I'm gonna stop now.

So for those who dont understand; this is a short rant from me about people who either do rude replies to people on forums, people who ass kiss the higher ranked people when someone just suggests something - like 'Opti said this about blah blah' when people are just trying to give a helpful idea. Its just really annoying me and like someone else said its even mods or whatever as well.

Yeah people need to chill out with the intense sucking up that goes on. Trusted doesn't grant you much in terms of actual differences in gameplay and it doesn't inherently make you more respected or anything.

Just to solve any missunderstanding that might have occured due to my post. I know i said look before posting and i wasnt actually reffering to you. You had the slime idea alright but your post as you said wasnt only about that it just tended ( is that a word????) this way. I was actually referring to the quote you posted that of snipergorilas. And i dont believe you ment me in this, so i posted this just in case. EDIT: (stupid iphone makes me make misstakes and have to modify every post..)

We have notes and notices posted everywhere not to ask for trsuted, but yes-- we do need to show respect to everyone, even those that inquire about Trusted.
Worst-case scenario, we may scare off potentially beneficial players and may never return.

This seems more geared toward the SMP forums than it is a 50-50 topic, but this is fine where it is.

Not only for regular members, for but trusted, as well as "staff." I see a lot of short rude replies. As if these people had a bad week and decided to get online and reply to a couple of threads.
I can't imagine what goes on in other people's lives, but chilling out is definitely a great idea.. Melloooow.
