Well some ops recruit for different things. How do they know to recruit or reject? ???
-
This needs to be moved to Classic.
-
Moved. Also, we all have different standards, so its kinda hard to actually tell you. But what some people say is, "Think about how your buildings and how you got promoted."
-
Well ops standards do tend to vary dramatically but generally if you build something big, detailed, varied and cohesive as a build (and show technical skill and originality while you're at it) any op will rank you.
-
For example, me. Idont promote for figures because I didnt get promoted by Omar, when I made a huge robot.
Sprites, are also somethign that we dont promote. Only if it is a huge one.
I made a huge mansion. Either.
But when I created something with my imagination, I got it at the first try.
We are looking for something that requires time, and the result is good.
Hope I helped.

something that is inportant(according to me) is that the potential recruit shows that he/she has imagination and that the building is in fact a whole and not some stacked boxes
-
I made a jet and it helped my app get promoted because it was quite different
-
we all recruit a little differently can't change that

You see, if we applied a template for every op to follow to the letter, things would start to fall apart pretty quickly. We'd like to keep it at having each operator have his or her own standards on what it takes to become a Recruit, with slight variations. It's one of the things that make us... well, us.
