Why you should become a moderator:
lots of experience, never problems besides inactivity
very social/involved with the community, always mature & helpfull  

always liked, stil love to keep players from disbehaving with a sence of humor
the only thing that stands in my way is my inactivity as usual  
you can espect my activity this week at the very least 2-3 hours daily
after that it might shrink, but im sure i will keep up for quiet a long while again with a steady activity
i guess this will be the time, when i finely stay long enough to earn the dark blue one  

i could make another wall of text, but i think il end it here, short and strong
i hope to be able to help out players as soon as possible again, its a pain to see them waiting while i got nothing to do
after all...we've been here before, its only a matter of time, before the trust returns to full strength
you know what i can/will do for you, why delay the inevitable

you could search for a username, but often they dont give there ingame name while posting there ban appeal
how about, we extend recent bans, to multiple pages?
that would give alot more odds, of finding the similar username, in the list, to be able to answer the ban appeal

in other words

unbreaking I means
your pickaxe will last, for the same time as 2 pickaxes would

unbreaking II
1 pickaxe = 3 pickaxes

III = 4 pickaxes IV 5 pickaxes and V 6 pickaxes

so if unbreaking III gives you 4 pickaxes this should also mean, the cost to buy would be 1 pickaxe x4

Fortune calculation

following to wiki, you will get extra ores when mining
I: (33% more)
II: (75% more)
III: (120% more)

so when you buy Fortune II, the cost to buy would be 1.75x the normal price(when only using it on ores tho!)

Efficienty calculation

so Efficenty II means you dig 100%(normal) + 50%(I) + 50%(II) = 200% or, twise as fast
does this also means it should cost twise as much? no
say you dig for 10 minets and earn 100$ every minet
with a regular pickaxe you would earn 1000$
with an efficienty II you will stil earn 1000$ but in 5 minets
in those other 5 minets you can earn another 5x 100$ = 500$ with a normal pickaxe
you wont earn 2000$, you will earn 1500$,  so 1.5x the price

Testing

now that i got it all calculated, lets go compare it with the prices people sell it for?
for example Unbreaking III, Fortune III, and Efficiency V
lets calculate? howmuch does a diamond pickaxe costs? 3 diamonds and 2 sticks
howmuch does a diamond cost? 100-150 + 2 sticks,
so a diamond pickaxe costs 450 at most?
now lets apply the benefits,

Normal pickaxe : 450
Fortune III (price x 2.2) 450 x 2.2 = 990
Efficiency V (price x 1.72) 990 x 1.72 = 1702
Unbreaking III (price x 4) 1702 x 4 = 6811
calculating the same with a pickaxe costing 300, results in 4540
so a fair price for this pickaxe would be 4540-6811

now lets compare it to the up to date price people buy it for

how is this possible? why are they buying it for this much?

they require lots of effort to get, and effort = time = money...ok
but hey, what does a buyer care about howmuch the seller has put effort in it?
if it does not benefit that much, and costs such an ammount, why on earth are people buying it?

like unbreaking IV sounds epic and expensive, but hey 5 pickaxes are just the same...only a bit of inventory space...

i just started up my pc, internet is working, and so is the server
but when i login its stuck on downloading terrain and will go into a time out

anyone had this problem before?

things i tryed so far:
reboot the game,
force update,
reboot internet,
joining another server(works fine)

since of the latest changes in rules, i would like to know the exect reasons for it
as of a couple days ago, if been told by relkeb redstone timers are not allowed anymore  

i asked if its couse of the repeaters, and he answered that was indeed the case
stil there are most likely other creative ways, to build "clocks" without laggy items  
at the time i guessed he was not fully sure and he responded that he preffers not to

is it realy about the clock itself? or are there other reasons involved? like afk farming?
couse if that is thats the case, i fear that i might be told my biggest smp project ever
including hours and hours of work and $$$ will be totaly useless as its fully auto, without an off switch?

some mods already visited me concerning about my farm
and i responded that nick, already told me the server is not suffering from my farm
stil i have my concerns about spending all my hours in this, as there might be other reasons?
can i be assured that this will be 100% legal?  
as im not talking about just a couple hours here... im quiet no life

a bit

well a random badguy took my stuf multiple times, while i put alot effort into it
he gets away with it as it was from my auto harvest melon farm, no single block of evidence but over 5k in his pockets
multiple moderators told him to leave my house, multiple times he did this, with his pockets full of my stuf

so today he was running around my house with melons in his hand, kinda laughing at me for him being able to steal it
then he told me he woudnt leave my house until i gave him more stacks of melons
he also threatened me with animal murder (i have alot cats )
moderator came again, he left again, but i was quiet angry on this guy stealing stuf where i put alot effort in
not even caring that much about my stuf losing, but alot more about him getting away with it everytime

i knew he would come again, i made a trap to kill him so i could take a small bit of the melons back from him
i tested it with "leafenator" or some like that
he dropped all his stuf, then returned after and picked all back up
trap was succesfully tested, and right after!.....
 here comes mr badguy with his melons in his hand ready for some more
i killed him, took my own melons back from him, JUSTICE!...sorry :p
well he did not report this, and stayed away never returned again, problem solved

untill....
leafenator the guy that tested the trap, asked me for 3 stacks of diamonds
couse he had lost 3 stacks while i killed him while testing the trap with him
i am 100% sure he did retake all of his stuff back so i laughed, so did he
he started demanding me all his 3 stacks of diamonds back some other guys where there aswell all laughing
couse everyone knows he was just trolling around

he dicided to have some more fun by calling tabooti(moderator) to return his 3 stacks of diamonds
ofcourse tabooti did not refund his joke, but...he seen the hole where i killed leafenator
then leafenator continued saying he lost other stuf aswell, and that evil kascas killed him and took his stuff
tabooti took it serius and told me he was going to ban me for a day
OMG lol
i tryed to convince tabooti that he was just trolling in hope for some free diamonds
tabooti was not fully convinced, he stil banned me for 6 hours couse of me making the hole

i would never ever kill someone to take his stuff, i did this to teach the badguy a lesson
yes you may not kill i know, i broke a rule there, but i didnt took any of his stuf besides a bit of my own melons
this action leaded to him not returning anymore, problem solved, and i am not sorry for this at all

leafenator had totaly nothing to do with any of this, and tricked tabooti into banning me for his own fun
i accepted the 6 hours ban, for going against the rules il say sorry for that
but i am not in any way sorry for what i did besides breaking the rule,

why you cannot kill other ppl? well becouse its unfair ofcourse to make em loose there stuff or take it
both did not happen, i did not take any advantage in any way, just purely a small bit of justice for a sneaky robber
and the same guy stil walks this world, with alot money stolen from me in his pockets ready for another victim
while i am jailed for attempting to take a very small bit of my own stuf back from him.....

so...6 hours have already passed by, can someone unban?

tree of light(big)
invisible maze!!!(huge)
HUGE waterfall(small)(huge but short^^)(finished)
space puzzle!!!(huge)(updated)
black hole(small)

all containing lots of choice making, door running problems, puzzles and traps

a grass surface in the courtyard with 2 entrances

Entrance discription:
from the spawn of recruit2 walk or fly in a streight line
dont turn, when you walk you can dodge buildings try to stay close to the line tho
when you fly you will bumb into a huge glass building, walk/fly over it and stil keep going in a line

edit: now u will see jimmys oversized huge sign pointing at my entrance Shocked
get inside the 1x1 hole under it (blue wool) Cool

remove any mossy cobblestone you find, but replace it after ( they are the doors )
dont fall off the castle walls

to activate the portal you can grief into the wall left of the stairs at the "command room"
