ok so you stated that a player cannot "own" a mob spawner but can build around it and make it theirs and if someone breaks
into it its now Griefed. i see it as if you cannot own a mob spawner then what your building around it is just a waste of time
because its not really yours cause your stating a player cannot own it. :/
and since the form says that a Player cannot "own" a mob spawner and you saying you cannot put PS Stone's around it shouldn't the people that are putting ps stones be banned becuase its not theirs and yet their putting them down?? im not trying to start anything im just wanting to clarify that.

The rule is in place so that people cannot just say that a random unprotected spawner is theirs. If you protect and or build around a spawner, then that means that you own the area and the building around it and the spawner can be rolled back for you if it is destroyed.
If you call a moderator+ over to roll back a mob spawner that was not protected, then it is not yours and we do not need to roll it back, even though we probably will.

this spawner did not have any Protection on it so i dont see the reason for the ban

You have to *Grief* to get to the spawner. Pay attention to the key words.
babytaz4 wasn't banned because he destroyed a mob spawner block itself-- he was banned because he griefed the area AROUND the spawner (and quite excessively by the looks of it), which was obviously man-made.
-
he did not grief he was helping matty585 with his spawner and when he was digging walls out he came to the a ledge and across it was the spawner
-
Does not explain why bhoughton's spawner was griefed
-
so your saying he owns the spot were the mob spawner is?

Indeed he does

Explain this to me, why did he take every single sticky piston? He couldn't of just walked apon it, he set out with intentions to take the pistons and Redstone. I'll redo his actions, take some screen shots and show you how extensive the grief was. And he would of known that sticky pistons were placed, cause they don't appear naturally.

No need to redo, just get the LB evidence, post it, then lock the topic.
