Could you please include pictures of the interior of your builds?
Also, I would suggest downloading World of Minecraft (http://www.opticraft.net/index.php/topic,2532.0.html) to make building and taking screenshots easier.

I have to agree to a part. I was about to reject this myself when Xplo accepted it.
However, I don't think it's right to take a promotion back. For this reason, I vote he keeps it.

Pretty sure that I can demote him, now that 3 of us have agreed that it isn't worthy of builder. I will leave this up here for a few hours, if anyone wants to argue, but if not, can someone demote him, or I will when I get ingame.

Agreed, this isn't quite what we had in mind for builder quality. It's a close call, though
Just a reminder-- if you're unsure of whether the applicant deserves a promotion or not, it's probably best to let a more experienced operator know about it so that they can provide better feedback.
On that note...
I can see some unique structures in this, which we do look for, but the general state of the builds appear a bit vague. Try working on rounding out the straight edges and practice on curves.
Moved to Rejected-- you are on the right track, so don't let this discourage you.

You guys seriously need to sort out this stuff earlier. This guy had the false hope of being a builder for a day before you decided to demote him. I for one would be extremely pissed. Just be more careful next time.
