Notes:  It is a pure witch hut so no witches spawn at the moment.  You will have to make the giant house and
what-not so it spawns.  It also comes with a zombie spawner right nex to it.  If you want the /home to stay there
 it will cost you an extra 10k.  If you do want the home to stay there type w/Home in your bid

im not sure if its a real witch hut,

witches should spawn in it according to the wiki.

it also spawned in a very strange place, most of them are in water.

I will try to find it to make sure someone didn't make it before wooden found it.
but in the mean time I would like to raze it to 50k. Or a diamond PS.

I checked and the witch hut is indeed real. but there are a lot of caves in the area which would explain why it is not spawning any which is at the moment.

it's exactly like slime chunks (before they spawned in the swamp)
slimes would not spawn if there are caves with monsters nearby. same concept applies to which huts

also, that other soawner will cancel out the which hut if they are within 50 blocks I believe

technically since crippn was the only other person bidding, and he retracts his bid. that would mean I'm the only bidder which should make the bid back to 20K?

the original post said the auction would end 2/20/13 (today), then it was changed to march 1, now it says 5 days after last bid. the last bid (counting my 30k bid) would be 12 days ago. Crippn's withdrawal was 10 days ago (making my bid the last bid as of 10 days ago). This auction should have been over 5 days ago with the current end date.

Well; by the official end time, bidding had ended but I guess you're just going to keep changing the end time till you'll get an amount you want.

EDIT: I'm retracting my bad as I'm getting tired of this, the auction has not been closed yet, and I have gotten access to a different witch hut. I believe this would make partyguy the leading bidder with 20-25k as I was the only reason he had to bid 30k

Youve broken the very first rule of the auction house....
1.  All auctions must have an End time, with timezone, clearly stated in the auction post.  The auction time may be extended by the seller, but this must be done before the auction ends.

This auction should already be over. Debater04, the last bidder, bid 30k on February 8th. It is now the 22nd, 2 weeks after the last bid. Debater may pay less since crippn dropped out but that has to be an agreement between him and wooden.

Wooden, you post the the end date would be 5 days after the last bid. You can't change or continue the bidding after the end date which I've tried to do -

That was the 19th. The auction had already ended. As far as I'm concerned debater04 gets it with 30k or a negotiated lower price. I will lock this soon so rap it up.

but you CAN NOT sell something someone else had, worked on, claimed, or made.
If it really is popman64's then you have no right to sell it.

The auction house isn't something you can use to get how ever much money you want. Sorry to disappoint you.

EDIT: debater04 is still the winner but seeing as he did drop out because of how rediculous this action became then the runner up is party guy for the same amount and agreement I posted for debater04.

Ok good. Nevertheless, the auction is over. Debater04 in every way, shape, and form won. If he does not want it, it goes to partyguy. The price is 30k butthey are both allowed to try to negotiate a lower one with you.
