I've never heard of Excede or HughesNet, but I can tell you that Opticraft has great server power, so 95% of lag is from the people's poor connection to the server. I have super fast internet so I never lag, but if I use some slow connection the lag comes back. If you can, try to get internet faster than 5Mbs.
well, at top speeds exede is 12mbs
is mbps the same as mbs?
Yes, Mbps = mega bites per second Mbs = mega bites / second

The first game I ever had was a gameboy, pokemon firered ( I loved watching the show). Then after i was addicted to the watch and play stuff. THE XBOX CAME OUT! so my parents got me one for my birthday, and what do you know, in 2004, The punisher game came out. Thus bringing me into the violent era. I soon moved on to getting a 360, and I remember the first game I ever got for it was guitar hero 3 legends of rock, I played all day and still, I sucked at it. Then, I got call of duty modern warfare 2, and it all went downhill from there....lol jk. And now, here i am years later playing Dead Island, Farcry3, Minecraft, Prototype 2, Gears of War, and many others. Thats my story.

- Get your Minecraft Launcher Running
- Click on 'New Profile' or 'Edit Profile'
- Click on 'Use Version:'
- Click on either 'release 1.6.2' or 'Use Latest Version' (Either works, I would reccomend 'release 1.6.2' because Opticraft will not allways update immediately)
- Click 'Save Profile' on the bottom right of the window
- Done!

Hi, my name is TJ, Im 16 years old and I have been on opticraft for some time now. Anyhows, I love being on the server, but alas, lately I'v been lagging quite a bit, and have not been able to get some legit gameplay in, but oh well, I can still spead the love on here Thanks for reading. Hey everyone, so I have been wondering.....what are all of your goals? or what do you plan on accomplishing soon. It could maybe be something your building, heck, maybe even something you wish you could build! who knows. Im just curious to see what the opticraft community is up too.
