well most of u guys have heard that i wsa working on something.....
and now it's finnished!

took me about 2 week, and you guys probably think: "why so long, you have monkeys palete right?"
well i started with the palete, but i didn't like working with it (switching in and out of minecraft) so i continued without it.
i only did the bottom layer with the palete (so the gloves and the first layer of the belt area) and afterwards i started working without.
personaly i'm realy proud of the result and i didn't think i could do shading so well....
:P give me feed back ;)

Awesome job terre =D btw, you can use the palette in minecraft, you just cant play entirely fullscreen, well, actually, only half screen. But you need to do that to view the pic anyway.

why? i mean i can make cool stuff without and if start using it, i think it would be less satisfying.

just try a whole sprite using it but dont give up on it after the 1st line... Then see how it turns out :)

Awesome sprite Terre! I can't wait to see more sprite work from you regardless of whether u use Monkeh's palette or your own methods! ;)

noo i would never im just saying try to do a whole sprite using his palette ... Then do the same sprite using ur own method... Compare the 2 i just thought u were jumping to conclusions because u sed u only tryed 1 or 2 lines of a sprite using monkeys palette

I think more people should try what you did Terre. I for instance don't get satisfaction of the regular spriting any more, meaning, spriting with my palette. It's nice for the more difficult ones, or with really difficult colours, but I still prefer the manual method for the smaller ones, it's much more fun and gives much more satisfaction when you finish, even when they do not look as perfect as with the palette.

well for recrout you have to wait for a op in-game, and after that you'll have to apply for builder. you can upload images on imgur.com

Thats great... And with shading always remember and focus on the angle on the light on the sprite
