Title: Holding breath (Forum Game)
Post by: minerman12321 on April 22, 2012, 11:54:23 pm: This is a good forum game I made up called holding breath.

What you have to do is hold your breath as long as you can then post how many seconds you lasted for.

P.S I lasted 57 seconds.

So true. I literally feel like I'm about to pass out whenever I hold my breath... WHY DO I DO THIS TO MYSELF.

That's not possible. A human can't go an hour with no air. They would die long before an hour. I got up to 3 minutes and nearly passed out.

The key is to keep your heart rate low and don't think about holding your breath. Well, that helps for me at least.
