I'm selling a House, it comes with a coal ps and access to a mine. It is descent size, in a nice "town" not much of a town, and it wasn't planned but its kind of developing. It comes with perm. access to my rather large farm. It is close to an auto shop and several different biomes. Also a rather large shop comes with it, and two smaller houses with a great view. I would like to try and get 8k for all of this, but that can be negotiated. You can buy access to an efficient blaze farm, and enderfarm. Msg me on here or in game if your interested in this, and it can be broken up so you can buy certain things.

Join Date: April 25, 2012 ( played for a month or so before i signed up)(Have 2 account [Mudmaster97 and this one] cause i forgot the information for the first one)
Were you recommended by anyone?: andersad (not a mod, was not recommended by anyone but him)
Why you should become?: I have been told that I am very nice and helpful, I always try to find a common ground with people and help or do a job to the best of my ability. I love the server I have had a blast on here. I try to keep peace with everyone and do what I can to benefit the server and/or the people on it.
I am always one, most of the time i'm on for 2+ hours throughout the day. Always available to help and always glad to help. I try and help when ever someone asks, but sometimes i get beat to the job. I have been banned once for spamming. I think it was last year, at the time I didn't think it was a big deal but it really was. I have grown a lot since then in size and maturity. I maybe be only 15 but often mistaken for a 17 year old due to my maturity. It would mean a lot to get accepted to be a Mod, but I know that everyone does not get it and i'm ready to except the fact that I may not get it.
If I am not accepted please tell me why and I will make every attempt to fix or improve it.

Hello fellow Minecrafters.. This is Beast1n1tup39 in case you didn't know that. I have quite a few things some of you might be interested in. I have a blaze spawner at /home beast1n1tup39, you can msg me on here or in game for buying time or access. It is more efficient then some, although it it not the best in the game. I'm just trying to help people with exp and make it more effieient. I have an Auto shop at /Home beast1n1tup39, follow the brick path and you will come to the shop off to the left. If anything is wrong with it feel free to msg me on here or in game. And I have ownership of an Enderfarm, that is at /home SirNicholas14 Ender ,once again msg me on here or in game if there are any problems or if you want to buy time or perm access.
