Mine are:

Corpse Bride (Piano scenes were great)

Shows:
House
Dexter (Not the last season)
Game of Thrones

These are my top 3's for both.

Even I know the answer to this, South Park!

Movie-wise my favorites are probably Hot Fuzz or Shaun of the Dead (Simon Pegg and Nick Frost are great). Men In Black 1-3, James Bond (Casino Royale, Quantum of Solace and Skyfall - Daniel Craig ones), I am Legend, Final Destination 1-5, Despicable Me 1+2 and Avatar are all ones I've watched recently. Oh, and Tangled and Frozen.

As for shows Doctor Who, Breaking Bad, Family Guy and whatever cop show might be on when I'm bored.

I'm not one to say this often on such a controversial subject as films chipaton, but I thought it was equally as good :D Really good story and some great creepy moments in it - you've gotta see it :)
