Title: large lottery!!!!

Well, i have decided that the lottery prizes are somewhat small, so i will organize a larger one. On the 9th at 6PM central time, or GMT-5 at 7 PM. I am putting $50,000 in then. I shall post the winners here. Reply if you plan to put in then! Type /lottery buy [amount of tickets]. Each ticket is $100. So i shall buy 500 tickets.

I feel like I should point out that the lottery is literally designed to make you lose money and only exists as a failed attempt at bringing down the total amount amount of money on the server. Instead it keeps the poor poor, and pretty much taxes a percentage of the money any rich person is willing to put in. The odds of anyone who would make a profit winning are honestly less than 1 in 500 which means more than likely you'll just win back less than 50k, or someone richer will snipe the lotto at the last second, and they'll win back less than they put in whereas you'll be out 50k....

Tiggy is right. I once put 200k in the lottery and after winning all 3 draws I only got 90k back

The way of making a profit is buying one ticket and winning, can't really make a profit if you buy it out

If a lot of people risk a lot of money, it gets exciting, the pools that are 5k to 30k are just not interesting, I like goalie's trying to revive the lotto scene, you guys (the community) wanted it but you don't seem to use it.

I'm sorry, But If you put 50k in some people may say they will and then don't and you may lose alot of money

If you guys complain that your losing money (which you do) then why bother using it or even talking about it? There's no point for all of you who disagree to announce that you disagree. If they'd like to do this then that's their choice. No reason to make unneeded posts and remarks....
