All these areas are really well done, including that tree area (Shh it's a secret project) http://i.imgur.com/FfhKTqS.jpgIf you'd like to scope the area, there's a really large variety. Perhaps even a skyview of the region, since a large part of the city is the road system.

Would Ham Co. be able to stretch out into Stuttgart and able to 'help' the other business' and drive up the amount of tourists and money coming in?
Absolutely, You could of course become a citizen, or post a VISA application. However you may NOT construct on a VISA permit, However you would still be allowed to own and run your business.

If being a rude player is a reason to be rejected, then there are mod apps that should never have been accepted.

DERECHO RISK FOR U.S. MIDWEST For an illustration of the danger zone: For a related post, visit: http://on.fb.me/119QfRK Derecho. Such a simple word is not to be taken lightly. Roughly translating to “right” (as in the direction), meteorologists use this term to describe a specific weather pattern, which happens about once a year. The term is often referred to as a land hurricane because of its intense winds that have been recorded up to 320 Km/h (≈200 mph) which are known to cause widespread severe damage across the United States. A typical derecho has wind speeds of 90-110 Km/h (≈50-70 mph) and is about 390 km (≈240 miles) in diameter, according to the Storm Prediction Center. Currently, the storm clusters are predicted to spawn between Wednesday afternoon and Thursday evening, hitting the major cities of Milwaukee, Chicago, Indianapolis, Columbus, and Pittsburgh. Eastern Iowa is also significantly at risk. Large hail and sporadic tornadoes are also likely to pop up in the areas at risk so caution should be taken by everyone in the affected areas. The derecho that occurred on June 29, 2012 was one of the strongest and most destructive storm systems in North American history. The derecho caused widespread power outages into the Washington D.C. region, and after the storm system was over, many of the affected areas were met with extreme heat waves that only worsened the conditions. In addition to the risk of hail and tornadoes, lightning and flash flooding is another factor to be taken into consideration. Since many of these storm clusters are expected to last well through the night, it is important that those at risk have a safety plan in case of severe weather. People oftentimes act with less caution in the evening hours when it is dark out because they cannot see just how bad it truly is outside. Keep in mind though, that overnight tornadoes are of the most dangerous ones and that just because you cannot see an immediate threat, it doesn't mean that there is not one there. Are you an official Citizen of Stuttgart? Yes
where will this project be built? (Please provide a screenshot of the location of the area, mark it, and make it clear. Use the world map if you have to)
An example of what the project would look like: (Please provide a screenshot, It doesn't have to be from mine craft.) Here
What would be the practical use of this construction? Place to have fun doing casino games, or a place to make some quick cash on betting games.
What would be the Role play use of this construction? Old 60's casino where gangsters meet late in the night around a blackjack table. Dimly lit rooms with squeeky floors and a leaking roof; located deep within the dark alleys of stuttgart.
Do you require the government's aid in constructing this structure? (If so, provide why you cannot build this on your own) I do not require assistance
How long will this construction take till it's 100% completed? When I start it will take a few weeks. I will see to it that it is not left unattended though. I will finish it asap after i start it.
I can't being to express how glad I am to see someone other than Zezenov, Igenerator and myself finally putting some indicative into the construction of Stuttgart, Perhaps I'll be inspired enough to return, and erect a few buildings up.
