Proof or no proof (which I have), you have acted immaturely in this situation, and rather than just lower your flame or acknowledge that you harassed me - which I would've just lowered the ban or erase it all together, you kept on denying that you were wrong and kept on going head to head with me. This type of behavior does not do any favors with me or any of the staff.

After your shameful denial to your insults I am debating even unbanning you.
First of all you've been trying to get me to to place the minecart, even though I told you I am not allowed to.
He then said this, and I responded to his countless pestering a few lines later. He responded me this to which at this point I had enough and muted him.
He decides to take the insults to private, and even after warning him he still insults me so I had enough and banned him.

All places have been filled, the registration is now closed.

As Vore said, there are set dates for each round except the final which can be changed according to what both of the finalists want.
