What state is the project in, and what are your plans for its future, if any: Starting out attempting to recreate Lumina Nocturnale's underwater city above ground with my own take on it. Very large project, but certainly off to a great start!

Why should we grant this project protection? To protect the area around that is not yet built on to avoid territory disputes, as well as to protect the materials, and all the hard work put in by everyone involved.
