Why you should become a moderator:
•I am Very dedicated to the server and wish to help it in every way possible.
•Since I am operator in classic I am experienced in dealing with griefers and spammers.
•I enjoy helping others, and hate griefers.
•I can get on often, and have put in a lot of playing time.
Though I may not be the best candidate, I think i would be able to contribute positively and meaningfully to the server.

I figured that, seeing as i was rejected. Im asking what the reason is that makes you feel I wouldn't be a good mod.

You have a tendency to be a little too immature at times which makes you fun to be around, but it is not what we are looking for in a mod.

I fail to see why. If I am mature enough to handle the classic server, with hundreds of players on at a time, why wouldn't I be mature enough to handle the SMP server, on which the highest player count I've seen was 70 players at a time.

If you haven't noticed, we are being way more strict when it comes to the smp server. It's not classic where we have hundreds of players and a lot of them just want to grief and annoy people, people are paying to play play smp and mistakes can backfire big time on smp especially when we start donations.

Sorry to say, but that is bull-shit, nick. We need to be more strict on the classic server, there are far more guests to care about there and it is the life-blood of this server.

There is a lot more income from classic server, where you can buy worlds, than there will be from survival. Also, the more griefers there are, the more sensible operators you need to ban the griefers. Also, a survival operator has less things to worry about (Screwing up cuboids for instance). I think that a Classic Operator has to be more sensible than a Survival one.

I deleted his post because I was having a discussion with turtle, this isn't an open forum for everyone to respond. He wanted to know our reasons why and i gave him our reasons why, there is no need for everyone to add in their 2cents.

this is not off-topic though! we are allowed to give are support in other peoples apps and we are doing basicully the same thing, but instead of support its standing up for them.

you are a member of the smp staff yes, but you are not allowed to accept/reject mod apps can you? so why should you be allowed to delete peoples posts in here?

Look we don't want a fight we are standing up for each other that is NOT against the rules. You want a friendly server were we all get along? Fine that's what we are trying to do, standing up for friends.
