Post by: Mr_Mr_Mr on August 07, 2012, 04:19:21 am: It's been a long, long time since there has been IRC for the SMP server and I think that we should get IRC for it again. I like IRC because I have chat logs of what is said in game and I can go back to them if I need to. The IRC bot could display things said in Global and Trade.

i think there are minecraft client mods that save chat logs.

I want the logs without having to be logged into the server. It helps me when I go back to school full time.

Ill try bugging opti about it but im sure there are more important things to be done.

That is still only when you are online, which doesnt help me at all lol.

however, IRC is forwarded through Global chat only on the server, so do NOT use IRC for Trade or Local chat.
