Title: Titles, Homes, and more

I think we should implement titles, homes and  hats as donation perks again. They were successful on the SMP server, so why not here?

there is a hat donation, i have it.

also making a new voting reward might be useful because the current (direct) reward (terrain world) isnt working properly

Homes are not a reward because you already start with 5. Titles are something that would require some work and I am on the fence about. On one hand they generate quite a bit of revenue for the server but they also make chat look more disorganized.
