Hey guys, just as a side suggestion, is it possible for a admin to render out a cartograph(a large 3 dimensional map) of the server? It would greatly help new players get around and such. I would personally love to help out with labeling, etc. Thanks for reading!.
(something like this:)

What I wouldn't mind seeing is a 2d surface map showing player positions etc.
Apart from that, I don't see why this is necessary.
Oh, and it would make biomes really easy to find, whether that is good or bad.

The most part is to survey population density, find your way to cities, locate things, etc.
It won't be live, since it needs to be rendered out by a cartography program.

Really not trying to advertise, but this is what I meant:

^yep, Something like that.

As of right now we dont need a map like this. We dont have official towns and stuff like that, but it would be really neat for future use.

What about North Town, West Town, South Town, and East Town?

Those are pretty much for show.

I have spoken to Opti about cartographer map I think before 1.0 was up, if I recall right he said he was thinking about doing it.

I actually went on team9000 once, the classic isn't as impressive or easy to use as opticraft, but that map :o amazing. However, the first map as an expample had better resolution and when i zoomed in, i could see everything crystal clear. The team9000 is still by far better since it shows everything.

What is the point of this post?
It adds nothing to the topic, apart from advertising T9K (I tried to explain what I meant, but people didn't understand what I was talking about).
