I can't connect, it just times out repeatedly. I restarted mc, it still happened. I'm also having a problem loading the live map. Is this just me, or is it for the whole server?

Number of completed, decorated and furnished buildings: It's pretty much much a building connecting to a huge dome. So 1.

What state is the project in, and what are your plans for its future, if any: I've worked on this since I first came to OptiCraft over a year ago. It's always been my /home. I'm currently renovating. I'm getting rid of any cobble that is in the public (or soon to be public) areas. I'm replacing it with a sandstone and spruce based design.

Why should we grant this city protection?
I've applied once before for this project, http://www.opticraft.net/index.php/topic,18184.0.html, and all of those arguments still apply. The value of the land around it that I also need/want protected is worth even less than it was in July. The chestshop I've made grief-proof but people have stacked up onto the dome and griefed in, there have been holes in the sides of the glass walls, etc...

Hopper and I are planning to make a slime farm, but there are a few things we need to check to make sure we don't get banned for it.

What is the world seed for any of the 3 worlds?

And slime farms in general are not against the rules, right?

Well, I'm a very mature and nice player. I check the forums daily and try to get online just as regularly. My forum posts are short and to the point, but not blunt. I try to be kind to every player and I don't care about the past; forgiving and forgetting is my way to go.  1 huge, 6 small + the space under the domes I've been using as a redstone test area.

What state is the project in, and what are your plans for its future, if any:
 I've been working on this since I came to opticraft 8 months ago. This would be enough for the average minecrafter, (someone valued it at 400k the other day!) but it is not enough for me. My plans? Expand, expand, expand build, build, build.

Why should we grant this city protection?
 I'm griefed a lot. The chestshop has been stolen from, people have griefed out of my house, some people have ran around the walls destroying the glowstone and some have taken from chests that were supposed to be off limits. Also, the land isn't that valuable. It's desert. It's in the old guest. No one wants it except for me. Also, I'm perpetually low on money and being able to remove those protection stones would increase my balance a bit.
