Title: Titanic already started

there's a Titanic hull already mede in the recruit world and i want to know who made it it's been there for 2 weeks from when i first saw it and i want to finish it but i din't want to start if someone is going to build it
If anybody knows who made it answer me pls :' ???

Pretty sure it is Samfar's but anyway, don't finish it, as that is griefing.
