Although I can see where you're coming from I imagine reluctancy towards changing the market prices until post 1.11 will arise. Quartz is indeed very expensive, however cast areas of the nether are either unexplored or un-mined - I average around a single chest of quartz an hour when mining. Part of the reason certain things at market are expensive is to encourage you to find them yourself, and quartz is not actually a rare item - it's easy to find and plentiful block for block (~ as common as Iron).
While a review of market prices should probably be conducted when we update to 1.11 due to new blocks from 1.10 etc. I don't think anything should necessarily be done just yet.

It would be possible (if you could prove it was you using the account) however it would be very difficult to transfer over power to your various protections, chests and doors etc. Each one would have to be modified individually. Not to discourage you though, as I'm sure it could be done on an 'as you need it' basis rather than all at once.

I will shorten your ban this once to 7 days (6 days, now that one is over). This will not happen again. I have already removed the rails that you stole from the smelter as they were duplicates, and do not want this to occur again. Don't ever grief anyones stuff, even if they've said it's fine. If ever someone says it's fine, I'd like to see proof first to avoid any confusion. Please be more careful next time.

Firstly, I'm an operator. Secondly, the extent of your grief (2700 blocks away from it started, expensive materials stolen) and the value of the items makes me reluctant to unban you. Can you give me one good reason to do so? This is also your fourth ban, all of which are very recent. I'm not convinced you've learnt your lesson.

Hello!
And welcome to the Penguin Annual Event 2016!
Finally opened on October 1st 2016, this event will test various skills to be found in the game. It is made up of 5 stages each made up of sub sections. At the end of each stage you should have gathered 6 numbers. These numbers are used to open the next stage using a 9 digit key pad door.
Stages:
Rocks ‘N’ Stuff
The Friendly Forest
Icey Exploration
Skylands
The End???
Elements of parkour, PVE, and puzzle solving will be required for this event.
Disappointingly for some, this event has no prize, however I feel it is more conducive to a healthy community if people do it just for fun. Please do not cheat using enderpearls or elytras, as this just makes it boring.
All of the stages are region protected, however do not grief or attempt to grief anything. Enderpearls, /home, /warp and teleport commands are not allowed in most areas, and it is advised that you set homes where possible.
Before I hear squeeks of indignation, the 9 pin door locks are quite difficult to use. Don't button mash, but operate it quite quickly. If however you do find a true problem please let me know as soon as possible.
Start the event at /home 100penguin Event using the code 1 9 5 2 4 8 to open the door.

That could be due to the changeover we had comparatively recently Nothing. The database changes meant everyone was 'new' to the server in around 2014. If he hasn't been on since then then he won't be /seen. However, if he hadn't been on since then then he wouldn't know he wasn't trusted (If that makes sense). I cry 'scam' personally. Sure you don't mean OpticCraft dude?

Hello all! On behalf of the Optiquest Dev team, I present to you some small snapshots of the world as it stands. We have all been working hard to get this project completed, however it seems unlikely we shall manage to release this summer (*Soon* tm). Until then, enjoy these screenies I've taken.
