The "Imperial March" has to be the best character theme music ever.
Here's another cracking piece of cinematic history, if you mute the music (Ecstacy of Gold - Ennio Moricone (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pmdAsL1n6q4)) you can see how vitally important it is for this scene.
Seeing as no one's mentioned games yet, I think the Gears of War trailers deserve an honourable mention. I've never been as excited for a game as when I watched the trailers for the 1st and 2nd games.
