Rejected.
You need a lot bigger and detailed builds and we do not rank sprites, less they are very awesome.
You need shapes, structure, foundation, designs, works of art overall. I'd like to see at minimal 5 new builds by you before you make another application. Each one that will make everyone of us awestruck and want you to become a Builder.

Also, listen to what Gibbons (Operator) tells you next time. You should wait a few days before posting another application, you really should not disrespect Ops by completely ignoring them.
So I will tell you the same thing.
Wait a few days, build a lot of fascinating and awesome projects. Then post a Builder App when you feel ready.
Constantly posting Builder Applications does not help you in the slightest, only makes things worse.

You may have been IP banned while you were not online.
Or you were banned by an mod/op while you were online and simply do not remember.
Or someone else was on your account and got you banned. In which case you are responsible for your own account.
(No information on a mattyh2k1 on Classic) What is your in game name?

Well, building is at the bottom of the list for an Operator. If you become an Op, you'll barely have time to do any building unless there's almost no guests on. Before applying, please realize that as an operator, your main duty's will switch from building, to moderating chat and banning griefers. I expect all my operators to show a high level of maturity and commitment. Failure to perform any of your duty's will result in your op status being removed
Helping players and banning griefers (usually you're hitting two birds with one stone here) is practically an all time job. (That we don't get paid for, we just love the ban hammers to much.  ) (add-on) I'm not trying to give you a hard time. Just want you to be aware.
