From what it seems like, there's only one build so far, but it also seems like you had some help with it.
Screenshots are not optional, and the link which awesomealicia provided should help
For now, rejected, but at least you know now how to create applications for Builder
If it helps, gain some inspiration by taking a look at the Builder worlds and the Accepted Builder applications.
